If given the choice between 5 years of rock stardom and 70 years of mediocrity, which would Morrison have signed up for. I suggested buying this paper edition which is still expensive, but according to him, "well worth it. Doing much research on Amazon, I found this book to be the epitome of all that and more. All in all, I can't recommend this book enough. The front pastedown (endpaper) contains a scratch off access code to more practice tests online on the companion website. The book also includes description-survey guidelines and is supported by a variety of appendices. I love it and recommend it if you want a great book to read. Jerry Stahl is my hero.
