I liked how it inspires you to make a positive change, how to make the best most productive use of your time, and how to break away from negative thoughts. I have also read others books on "Living and Working in Australia", and this book is the best so far as it has the highest quality of content compared to the other ones. I was hoping this book would have a good moral lesson about going to bed.
